  • Complete 30 press-ups / sit-ups a day
  • Complete 50 squats a day
  • Complete 8,000 steps a day
  • Do 15 mins yoga a day
  • Complete 5 mins of stretching every day – e.g. “deskercise” (focussed stretches you can do at your desk)
  • Take a walk at lunch every day

 

Mental / Health


    • Read 2 chapters / 20 pages (or preferred amount) of a book every day
    • Spend 5-10 mins a day learning a foreign language
    • Journal everyday
      • List 3 positive things from your day
      • List 1-5 things you’re grateful for every day
    • Study a quote for the day – reflect on the meaning and how its message can be applied to your life
    • Spend 5-10 mins a day colouring – practise mindfulness whilst occupied
    • Commit to a 10pm bedtime each night
    • Drink 6 glasses of water a day
    • Eat a nutritious breakfast every morning
    • Try a new recipe every day
